ELLEbyMMG becomes MixMyGroup

ELLE by MMG the ambitious program imagined in 2021 by 3 of our employees Andreea Manuela Danci, Kawtar ADLANI and Charlotte Donnadieu Leroy, to promote gender balance and diversity within the Group has now become MixMyGroup!

Thanks to ELLEbyMMG:

- More than 40 female employees have been trained in leadership, negotiation, work/life balance and personal branding.
- conferences were offered to all employees on the topics of disability, resilience and cognitive biases, as well as a round table on work/personal life balance.
- more than 40 employees were able to benefit from the first speed mentoring campaign.
