We are pleased to announce two important moves within our Executive Committee.
Isabelle Meghnagi, who has been with the Group since 1986 and Head of Human Resources since 2017, is taking on a new role within the Group as Special Advisor and will support Niccolo Ubertalli on strategic projects, drawing on her in-depth knowledge of the business and her invaluable expertise on integration and transformation issues. Isabelle's expertise has been key at many stages in the construction of the Group (notably the transition from GE to My Money Group) and more recently in the project to acquire CCF.
As her successor, we are announcing the appointment of Delphine de Mailly Nesle as Head of Human Resources, who will join the Executive Committee. Delphine is a seasoned HR professional with 30 years' multi-business and international experience in the banking sector. Prior to joining us, Delphine had been Director of People Strategy, Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since 2018, where she supported the profound transformation of this business line both internationally and in France. Against a backdrop of strong growth for the CCF Group, Delphine will be committed to strengthening our corporate culture, developing our talent and creating long-term value for all our stakeholders.
We wish them both all the best for the future.
